E3 Owner and Troy, MO Native
Tricia Pyatt, LPC
My name is Tricia Pyatt, and I was born and raised in Troy, MO. I graduated from Troy Buchanan High School in 1998, and shortly after, I got married and we started a family.
I have always known I wanted to help people in some way, but after experiencing infertility and several pregnancy losses, I recognized my calling to become a counselor. I worked diligently on obtaining my Masters degree in Counseling.
In 2012, I founded a non-profit organization that provided support for parents grieving pregnancy or infant loss. That gave me a great start at my career in helping people, and I have grown both personally and professionally ever since. I did my internship at an agency where I really learned who I was as a counselor, and I remained there for three years working as a therapist, and working my way up to a supervisory position.
I currently work with adult individuals, but my real passion and gift is working with couples. I love getting to know couples, hearing their life stories, seeing where they shine together, and helping them through whatever struggle they are facing together. I so deeply want couples to experience the beauty of being in a healthy relationship, and it is so incredibly rewarding to be such an intimate part of their healing journey, and then to see them come out on the other side thriving.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri. I opened up this practice in October of 2018, and I could not be more excited to be back in Troy, helping people in my hometown, doing what I am truly passionate about.

Alex Hass, LPC
Hi, I am Alex Hass. I am a Troy, Missouri native who graduated from Troy Buchanan High School in 2014. After graduating, I received an undergraduate degree from Missouri State University. Noticing the need for mental health services in Missouri communities, I decided to pursue my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling which I completed in 2020, at Southeast Missouri State University.
I look to provide a warm, welcoming, and non-judgemental space in my office. I take a specialized approach to each client individually as no one person is the same. I hope to help each client boost their confidence and learn new skills to help target the mental health struggles they are experiencing. I join my client on their journey to a happier and healthier life while helping them work towards their goals and personal growth.

Katie Ross, Administrative Assistant
Hello! My name is Katie Ross and I am the Virtual Assistant here at E3 Counseling. I have spent most of my life in the Lincoln County area. I was raised and graduated just up the road in Elsberry MO. Which is where I graduated highschool, in 2004. After graduation I got married and started a family. During this time I also obtained my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education in 2015 from Missouri Baptist University.
As I ventured into adulthood, marriage and motherhood, I began to realize life is not always easy to navigate. Many challenges including post partum depression, grief from loss and death, family struggles, suicidal ideation, and ptsd struggles met me face to face with needing guidance and help - help working through what has happened, managing the current situations and working towards a better tomorrow.
Counseling in many forms has come beside me and helped me on my path of healing for the last four years. And in this process my heart was called to help others in their own healing process, which led me to E3 Counseling. It is my pleasure to help you get connected to the right counselor, as well as to make the process of getting started go from scary and hectic to comforting and understanding.
