E3 Counseling Services was launched in 2018 by Tricia Pyatt, LPC, a Troy, Missouri native. After a couple of years, we decided to add another therapist to our team - Alex Hass, LPC.

Since then, we have moved to a new location which afforded us the opportunity to expand, at which point we added two more therapists - Elizabeth Secosh and Katie Ross - who work with children, adolescents and adults.
