INSURANCE

E3 Counseling Services has therapists that are currently on panel with United Healthcare, UMR, Optum, Meritain, United Behavioral Health, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Aetna.
*Please note that our Family Life Specialist (Kali Moore) does NOT accept insurance.*

 

We are frequently reassessing insurance rates and processes, and this is all subject to change. Please always check with us so we can verify that your benefits do cover services with one of our counselors. It is also helpful if you check into your insurance benefits on your own, prior to contacting us, but it is not necessary.

SELF PAY

The fee for someone who chooses not to use, or doesn't have, insurance, varies. Some of the factors used to determine your fee include income, your specific needs, and whether you see a fully licensed professional or a pre-licensed (also called "provisionally licensed") clinician.

Our fees range from $90 to $135, but give us a call to confirm your rate today.

If you are experiencing financial hardship, contact our office to see if you qualify for pro-bono, or reduced-fee, services.

FAMILY LIFE SPECIALTY SERVICES

The fee for all services provided by Kali Moore are $70 per session.
