Insurance and Fees

E3 is currently on panel with United Healthcare, UMR, Optum, United Behavioral Health, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Aetna.

The fee for someone who chooses not to use, or doesn't have, insurance, is outlined below.

To see a fully licensed professional:

If you make a combined annual household income of less than $100,000, your fee is $100.

If you make a combined annual household income of $100,000 or more, your fee is $120.

To see a pre-licensed or provisionally licensed counselor:

If you make a combined annual household income of less than $100,000, your fee is $70.

If you make a combined annual household income of $100,000 or more, your fee is $90.

We do accept up to three pro-bono clients at a time for anyone who is experiencing a financial hardship. Please call our office to see if any pro-bono slots are available, and we can let you know how to apply to see if you qualify.
