SERVICES WE OFFER
"In any given moment, we have two options: to step forward into growth or to step back into safety." Abraham Maslow
FAMILY THERAPY
"The love of a family is life's greatest blessing."
Family therapy can be a critical component of bringing families closer together. These sessions may involve all members of a family, or just a few at a time. Sessions are used to improve communication skills and work through any issues that are affecting the family as a whole.
COUPLES THERAPY
"Remember, we all stumble, every one of us. That's why it's a comfort to go hand in hand." Emily Kimbrough
Being with someone you care about can be meaningful and comfortable, but can also be extremely difficult and challenging at times. Couples therapy can be a great tool to help couples learn how to effectively communicate, and can be just what they need to bring that spark back, and learn how to trust again. Working through issues instead of giving up can be exhausting, but is so very rewarding.
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
"Without continual growth and progress, such words as improvement, achievement, and success have no meaning." Benjamin Franklin
Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, or you have other obstacles getting in the way of your quality of life, individual therapy sessions can be just what you need. We can process through things together, and help identify any areas to target to improve your overall mental health.
GRIEF THERAPY
"My heart aches for the child I never knew, he was once in my womb, then with angels he flew." Tricia Pyatt
Losing someone you care about is quite possibly one of the most challenging of life's circumstances to get through. Learning how to process your grief in a healthy way instead of a maladaptive way is critical to your recovery. Let us help you navigate through your grief journey.
ERP Therapy to treat OCD
“ OCD is like having a bully stuck inside your head and nobody else can see it.” Unknown
Tricia has received special training on the use of Exposure and Response Prevention therapy for the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
Adolescents
“But feelings can't be ignored, no matter how unjust or ungrateful they seem.” Anne Frank
We work with children (13+) and their families to learn how to regulate their emotions. It is imperative to create a safe, nurturing environment for teens to thrive. We will help you learn how to do this in the healthiest way possible. We have therapists qualified to work with kids 13 and up.
Trauma
It is crucial that survivors of trauma are treated by a trauma-informed therapist who is specially trained to treat it. Many therapists use approaches that are not evidence-based, which can be extremely damaging to trauma survivors. If you have experienced trauma, do not hesitate to seek treatment and take steps to start regaining control of your life.

~Infertility
~Pregnancy & Infant Loss
~Postpartum Anxiety and/or Depression
