Hi, I'm Lillianna Pyatt, also known as Lilly. I have the privilege of being the receptionist at the front desk at E3 Counseling Services when we open our new location.

 

I am sixteen years old, but even being young, I have always known I want to help people in some capacity. At just 7 years old, I met a teacher at my school who was a sign language interpreter. As a person with hearing loss, I found myself fascinated with her work. At first, I thought it was the ASL part I was intrigued with, but I soon realized it was just the idea of helping people that drew me in. Over the years, I have found people, teachers, and even parents who spend their entire lives helping others, and this is the first step in my journey to do the same.

 

My job with E3 is to offer a warm greeting when you walk in the door, and to provide hospitality to you while you wait. I will also be able to help with scheduling and payments when that is necessary. I am certified in HIPAA compliancy, and will take your privacy seriously, to ensure you feel safe and comfortable while you wait. My dream is to go to Oxford one day, and I am excited to work toward making that dream a reality. And no matter where life takes me, I am certain helping people will forever be a part of who I am.
